The Business Analyst is responsible for the set of tasks and techniques used to work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations of an organization, and to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.

Preferred Education:

4 year college degree or equivalent and IIBA-certified Business Analyst.

Role Description:

All roles specified additional work experience, job knowledge, and IIBA certification.

 

The purpose of this project is to develop an automated consultant contract administration system that will serve as a comprehensive point of communication and central file for all parties to a contract between ODOT and a Consultant, including the Consultant, Subconsultants and ODOT.
