Complete Description: This contractor would support the VITA Business Process Management program and the current process improvement initiatives. They would lead and assist with process improvement efforts, and assist with documenting the process, any associated backlogs, and friction points and measuring progress. They would provide training in business process improvement techniques. Also, this position supports operations for the VITA business process management program. Additionally, this position assists agency staff cross-functionally in development of documented business processes and process improvement projects; collaborates with process owners and arrives at process improvement recommendations to improve customer service and service optimization.
Extensive business consulting or project management experience; Extensive business process analysis and requirements analysis experience; Demonstrated ability to capture and analyze process cycles; Demonstrated ability to work with personnel at all levels within the organization or agencies, to lead and influence teams; Advanced skills in VISIO, training experience.
