Responsibilities: * Act as a liaison between internal users and the IT team, effectively communicating user needs and technical limitations * The Business Analyst will act as a skilled liaison between engineering teams and business stakeholders to extract, gather, analyze, document, communicate, and validate requirements to bridge the gap between technical feasibility and business objectives * Gather and document requirements for system enhancements, translating business needs into technical specifications * Lead user requirement gathering and responding promptly to user requests * Develop and maintain clear and concise business requirement documents * Analyze and improve business processes through technology solutions, aiming to reduce manual tasks and enhance user experience * Participate in the design, testing, and implementation of software updates and new features * The Business Analyst will ensure quality, reliability, and completeness of the services deployed through thorough testing * Provide ad hoc and project-based reporting, queries, and analysis as required
