We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-orientated Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Customer Success Operations team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in creating and maintaining reports in PowerBi and in-depth data analysis.

About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments

Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or equivalent experience +3 years’ experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role Proficiency in creating data models, reports, and dashboards in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query. Strong understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL processes. Understanding of cloud platforms like Azure or AWS. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy. 

What you will be doing in this role?

Develop, design, and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards in Power BI to support business decision-making. Champion data integrity and governance, ensuring data quality and accuracy Conduct benchmarking studies to measure performance and identify improvement opportunities. Leverage data from multiple sources to derive actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather the necessary data and information. Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform leadership strategy Prepare and present analytical findings to senior managers in a clear and concise manner.

About the Team      

You will be part of the Intellectual Property Customer Success Operations Team, supporting +100 colleagues in our Customer Success organization.  The team has eight members, who are located in the United States, UK, Belgrade, Penang and Hyderabad.

Hours of Work  

This is a full-time position, with core engagement hours within CET time zone.

This is a hybrid position, you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
