Our client, a global leader in the biopharmaceutical industry, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst to support Supply Chain operations through robust SAP ECC and Master Data Management processes. This role will play a critical part in ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and successful system enhancements in a cGMP-regulated environment.
**Location:** Fremont, CA (hybrid)
**Terms:** Contract
**Pay:** $49/hr
**Responsibilities**
+ Analyze business needs and recommend systems improvements aligned with Supply Chain and Production processes.
+ Provide first-level SAP production support, including configuration changes, access control, and user training.
+ Serve as SCM Key User and support SAP ECC modules such as MM and PP.
+ Monitor and improve master data processes ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
+ Coordinate SAP enhancements, go-lives, and rollout activities across functional teams.
+ Conduct system audits, manage CAPAs, and ensure appropriate documentation of changes.
+ Maintain and support SharePoint sites used by Business Analysts, including documentation, user training, and issue resolution.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, IT, and Manufacturing to support continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Create detailed business process flows and requirement documentation for new features or enhancements.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (MBA preferred).
+ 4+ years of SAP ECC experience, particularly with MM and PP modules.
+ Experience in biopharma or pharmaceutical industries strongly preferred.
+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
+ Solid understanding of Master Data Management principles and SAP configuration.
+ Familiarity with cGMP guidelines and validation practices in regulated industries.
+ Strong communication and documentation skills; able to translate business needs into system solutions.
+ Reliable, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
