General Responsibilities

Analyze business results and processes to identify business needs, growth opportunities and efficiency and propose and implement solutions to them. Identify and analyze possible stakeholder's needs, alternatives to a variety of situations, and possible enhancements. Develop pricing proposals for existing clients and prospects. Present business solutions and serve as a liaison with the technical team to ensure the appropriate implementation of the identified solution. Provide strategic business analysis services to business partners related to customer operations. Prepare business presentations and dashboards to management and/or customer. Prepare reports with metric, trends and market comparison. 

 

Performs duties through methods and actions that are consistently ethical and in total compliance with the laws, applicable regulations, Code of Ethics, corporate policies and guidelines and rules of conduct. Completes corporate trainings and certifications intended for the detection and prevention of money laundering related activities and fraud, insider training and conflict of interest policies and procedures, as applicable.

 

Education and Experience Required

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, or related from an accredited four-year college or university.
Minimum of three (3) years of related experience in business data analysis in merchant services, finance or banking industry.
 

 

Knowledge and Skills Required

High level of attention to detail.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
Strong skills in preparing presentation, data reports, and supporting financial closures.
Ability to document and apply business requirement guidelines to team projects.
Ability to question, influence, and change other's minds and behaviors if needed.
Fully Billingual
Advanced knowledge in Excel, Power BI, Power Point, Word, etc.
Experience managing P&L, is strongly preferred.
Understanding of financial transactions related to merchant acquiring, is a plus.
 

 

Additional Information

8a-5pm Monday - Friday 

Available to work extended hours, weekends and/or holidays as needed and the availability to travel as required supporting projects in the region.
