Education/ Experience:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or information systems or other related field.
5-7 years related experience.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Must have a strong command of the English language written and oral..
Strong financial acumen and data analytic skills
Strong understanding of Apptio and the Technology Business Management (TBM) framework, CTBME and/or ACP certification
Strong capabilities with Excel and HTML
Strong attention to detail and pattern/anomaly recognition.
Ability to resolve minor conflicts/issues using different tactics for prior to escalation.
Knowledge of cost/benefit analysis, risk assessment and quantification methodologies.
Demonstrated ability in the following methods: interviewing, data modeling, business process modeling, business object modeling and user interface design.
Knowledge of computer software.
Ability to work independently.
Organized with strong time management.
Teamwork and Cooperation.
Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Under supervision, serve as an Apptio system administrator, perform ongoing data loading and validation, design and deploy custom reports, triage TBM requests and incidents, monitor data quality for production, provide upgrade support, test new capabilities and enhancements, collaborate with stakeholders on the direction and usage of the Apptio tool.
Perform unit testing and integration testing.
Troubleshoot problems with systems. Maintain systems to optimize performance.
Document systems.
