Business Analyst 3 - Hybrid Role
Description

Summary:

The Business Analyst 3 will be a member of a team responsible for business support of the bank’s Collections and Recovery systems, data visualization and basic report maintenance, various decisioning and compliance tools, and database management.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Work with Default Servicing Management team to develop dashboardsProvide reliable data, reports, and analysis upon which decisions can be madeCross-train on other platforms as neededProduce detailed and accurate documentation of product outputAbility to map existing processes and work with business areas, vendors and IT to define and implement best practicesWork in-depth with various business areas to understand processes and proceduresProactively identify existing processes and procedures that can be streamlined and automated

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceAt least 5 years' experience with collections workflow and processes OR 5 years’ experience with query writing and report creation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Default or Loan ServicingExperience with Report visualization tools like Tableau or CrystalExperience writing SQL and/or PL/SQL queries and working with a DBMS like Oracle or SQL ServerExperience developing applications in Oracle APEXExperience developing in scripting languages like VBScript or JavaScriptExperience using change management processes in support of production system promotionsCan work independently or within a group with little or no supervision producing consistently exceptional workAnalysis skills to interview and gather requirementsAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-stress environment and demonstrates an accountability for their workPositive attitude and ability to learn multiple subjects at the same timeSkills in teamwork, communication; adaptability; organizational technique, and decision makingMakes use of clear logic in processes so others can easily follow and maintain themExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to listen, understand, and interpret end-user requirementsUnderstanding of the solution development life cycleAbility to work non-standard hours when required
