Summary:
The primary responsibility of the Business Analyst 3 - Digital Payments is to work as part of a team to execute the tasks and activities of the broader UAT team for HNB enterprise payments. This includes working with technical and business partners to review business requirements, develop and execute test scenarios, report status of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to the UAT Lead, and conducting post-implementation validation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Review business requirements and provide feedback to ensure they are thorough, comprehensive, and clear from the End User Perspective.Create and execute test plans independently or involving multiple business segments using Agile methodology.Analyze problems to identify issues and determine root causes including quality, compliance, and risk issues.Update UAT Lead with test execution status including bugs/defects.May run database queries in order to provide data validation within test scripts.Ability to multi-task and handle multiple efforts in parallel with aggressive test execution schedules.Help to identify, improve, and maintain UAT processes and best practices through documentation and sharing of ideas.Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degreeAt least 3 years of software quality assurance or end user testing experiencePreferred Qualifications:
Experience with Mobile, BillPay, Zelle, or Funds MovementUnderstanding of test data requirements planning and conditioning of test dataAble to quickly and easily change focus based upon management direction.Proficient with Microsoft Office applications with emphasis on Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, and Outlook.#LI-Hybrid
