As a Business Analysis Specialist, you will collaborate with business departments to clarify and communicate requirements, assuring products and services are aligned with their needs. You will locate in Tianjin, China. You will report to IT Business Analyst Expert, and work as an individual contributor.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate implementations for MES (GE MES) in China Tianjin, Wuhu, ZJG
Ensure coordination with 3rd party vendor and follow up GE MES implementation.
Maintain functional specifications and work with IT technical resources (internal and external) to complete the systems changes.
Complete functional testing for system enhancements
Follow up and work in collaboration with Development teams and Vendors to maintain system customizations and integrations.
Develop testing plans to ensure system stability.
Develop functional documentation and maintain them correctly.
Lead power user and end-user training.
Participate in requirements gathering, configuration and process design sessions.
Support minor user requests such as ad-hoc reports, data extraction, data analysis.
Manage supporting business process documentation, such as SOPs, work instructions, or process diagrams.
Develop knowledge of best practices, commonly used concepts/methods, and procedures for conducting business analysis
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, or related major.
A minimum of 6-9 years of experience in the IT industry and preferably minimum 5+ years in manufacturing environment.
Understand large project implementation and global strategy.
Experience managing global setups, services, and implementations.
Experience in software development or technical support.
Must be willing to participate in a hybrid workplace with a minimum 2/3 days in the office
Fluent English (Listening, Writing at least) and Chinese.
Hands-on attitude and proactive.
Understanding of data management and data analysis.
Profound Technical understanding on ERP / MES / Quality Systems in manufacturing environment.
