You’ll make an impact by  

Collaborate with the Execution and Engineering Managers and Team Leaders on strategic planning.As Business Administration Manager Service (f/m/d) you are responsible for supporting the offer and order process together with a small team in a functional responsibility. Foster a high-performance culture by setting clear objectives and monitoring progress.Drive continuous digital transformation by adopting new tools and digital solutions to enhance financial analysis, reporting, and data interpretation.Provide expert advice on complex business models and transactions, including project-based and service-based revenue models.Oversee governance and control activities, through targeted financial reviews using a risk-based approach, ensuring compliance with global and regional standards.Take part in annual cost center, profit center and budget planning as well as the preparation of the rolling forecasts.Challenge and validate financial assumptions to ensure accurate reflection of financial positions (e.g., accruals, provisions, contract assets/liabilities).

Education: The basis of your success is a Bachelor university degree in Finance & Accounting, Business Administration, or comparable qualification.Experience & Skills:You have several years of professional experience in finance with exposure to finance process related to order management.You have a very good understanding of financial processes in the organization, as well as general overview on finance BI-tools.You have very good knowledge of SAP, MS Office applications for analyses and reports as well as data analysis tools.Ways of working:You are possessing empathy, inspiration and engagement, as well as strong ability to work in a team.You have strong analytical skills, a structured way of working and have strong communication and teamwork skills.Your communication and presentation skills are top-notch.Languages: Proficiency in both English and German (written and verbal) is a must.
