The position
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to enable the Clinical, Medical, Regulatory & Pharmacovigilance (CMR&PV) Business Unit (BU) team members to achieve the business targets. This role also collaborates with other Business Unit Coordinators across Oceania. Role tasks are as follows but is not limited to:

Provide administrative support to the CMR&PV BU, assisting the execution of Brand and Sales Plans to achieve business targets.  Facilitate the planning and execution of internal sales and external education events run by the BU and collaborate with other Sales and Marketing Coordinators to improve efficiencies / cost saving / optimisation all whilst remaining compliant with NN business ethics and AU statutory obligations / requirements. Assist Core Brand Teams (CBTs) with the stock management process for promotional materials, internal and external logistics. Coordinating the tracking of 3rd party meetings and Health Care Organisation, reporting for 3rd Party Sponsorships. Organise travel for the team on request and assist the internal approval process including invitations, agendas, promo materials, purchase orders and invoice processing. Assist the BU with organising internal meetings and planning of quarterly team offsite meetings. Build effective relationships with Internal and external Stakeholders with information on products, devices & indications and ensuring consistent follow up.

 

Qualifications

Proven successful track record in administration preferably with experience in pharmaceutical / health industry. Proficient data management skills including computer literacy and keyboard skills (MS Office Suite and Microsoft Teams). Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service focus. Must have full working rights in Australia.
