Contract to Hire position$20.00 to $22.00 /annuallyFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:00am)Perform maintenance and repairs on buildings and equipmentComplete and document work orders and inspectionsUse hand and power tools to troubleshoot and fix issuesMaintain tools, supplies, and equipment in working orderFollow safety guidelines and company policiesBuilding Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred No prior experience required; training providedBasic math and reading comprehension skillsValid driver’s license and forklift certification (or ability to obtain)Able to lift 25-75 lbs and perform physical tasks regularlyApplicant may be subject to a background checkApplicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
