Compensation: $20-$22 / Hour Based on Experience

Capital Canyon Club is excited to announce a part-time opportunity to join our Building Maintenance Staff. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to this Troon managed Club and its members.

Key Responsibilities of the Building Maintenance Staff:
 Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation including but not limited to: minor electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds.
 General water treatment plant operations (will train for this area)
 Maintains cleanliness and appearance of exterior of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trashcans, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging
outdoor furniture.
 Maintains cleanliness and appearance of interior of the facility including but not limited to: cleaning windows, stocking supplies, monitoring cleanliness of entire
building, painting, drywall repairs.
 General pool maintenance including power washing pool deck, emptying trash, maintaining restroom cleanliness.
 Identifies and reports needed supplies to supervisor.
 Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications for the Building Maintenance Staff:
 Associates degree or two years of related experience associated with Building maintenance.
 Water Treatment experience desired but willing to train the right candidate.
