Requirements:

Proven working experience as a Building Foreman or similar role Bachelors degree/ National Diploma in Construction Management At least 3 years of experience as a foreman Strong knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods Excellent leadership and organizational skills Familiarity with construction software packages Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications Understanding of building products, construction details, and relevant regulations Effective communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
