How do you excel in this position\n

The (Building Automation) Account Manager is responsible for client satisfaction and to ensure both short- and long-term profitability at assigned accounts within the Building Automation & Smart Buildings team by building relationships with key decision makers and becoming an essential resource to the client.\n

What are we looking for\n\nBachelor's Degree or equivalent related work experience required.\n3+ years of Account Manager experience required.\nPrevious experience with Building Technology Systems essential.\nExcellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence is essential.\nStrong Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, CRM is essential.\nAbility to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.\n\n

Additional skills preferred but not required \n\nTechnical sales experience a plus.\nDesign-Build fundamentals a plus.\nMechanical, Electrical, Automation or similar experience preferred.\n\n
