Duties involve general support of an assigned housing building. Minimum Qualifications: Six months experience in custodial maintenance work; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; ability to read, write, communicate and understand written and oral instructions in English. Preferred Education and Experience: 1 – 2 years of custodial or general maintenance work experience. Experience operating carpet cleaning and floor care machines such as buffers, extractors, auto scrubbers, and burnishers.
