Visión general y principales funciones

Estamos buscando un GERENTE COMERCIAL para unirse a nuestro equipo de Ventas, con base en Bogotá Diseñar, dirigir y alinear la estrategia comercial con los objetivos corporativos, garantizando el cumplimiento de las metas.

Principales Responsabilidades

Cumplir con el presupuesto de ventas en término de toneladas. Definir el plan de ventas de la compañía, con horizonte de planeación de tres meses adelante. Elaboración del Budget, del Guidance y del Forecast de la compañía a nivel comercial así como los gastos asociados del área. Responsable de la comercialización y autorización de los productos de otras unidades del grupo así como su rentabilidad. Realizar análisis y toma de acciones necesarias de acuerdo con resultados de indicadores del proceso. Liderar el proceso de MI&D   

¿A quién buscamos?

Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Eléctrica o Ingeniería Mecánica o afines

Especialización en Gerencia de Negocios, Gerencia de Ventas, gerencia de proyectos o afines

5 a 10 años de experiencia en cargos relacionados  

Conocimiento en ventas, manejo de herramientas digitales, gestión de indicadores

Alta capacidad de liderazgo, orientación al logro y trabajo en equipo

Nivel de inglés intermedio

Deseable conocimientos en auditoría, conocimientos en sector T&I

 

Overview and main functions

We are looking for a SALES MANAGER to join our Sales team, based in Bogota Design, lead and align commercial strategy with corporate objectives, ensuring goals are met.

Main Responsibilities

1. Comply with the sales budget in terms of tons.

2.           Define the company's sales plan, with a planning horizon of three months ahead.

3.           Elaboration of the Budget, Guidance and Forecast of the company at commercial level as well as the associated expenses of the area.

4.           Responsible for the commercialization and authorization of the products of other units of the group as well as their profitability.

5.           Perform analysis and take necessary actions according to the results of process indicators.

6.           Lead the MI&D process.
