Responsibilities:Bachelors or Master’s degree in computer science or related discipline.10+ Years of work exp in Business Requirements analysis, Data validation and UAT support experienceAbility to rapidly understand business requirements, communicate business expectations to cross-functional development teams, document analysis findings that can be easily understoodAbility to assemble, analyze, and evaluate data and to be able to make appropriate and well-reasoned recommendations and decisions to the Business stakeholders and the Project TeamStrong Analytical skills & presentation of data anomaliesStrong P&C Insurance knowledge especially in Commercial Property, General Liability, Inland Marine, Product Liability, Auto and Umbrella BU's4+ years of work experience with Snowflake, SQL Server, Power BIHand on experience with data analysis using SQL is a must havePast project experience with integration technologies i.e. ETL, data migration, and packaged applicationsExperience with data quality assessment, cleansing, and improvement effortsData sourcing, data mapping, data profiling, data mining, documenting data definitionsWorking knowledge of MS Office and SharePoint.
