You'll be responsible for Intervention Controls Systems group will provide Technical Project Delivery
across both requisition and NPI projects. The role provides a critical linkage between Engineering, Projects and Product Management.
 

As a Brownfield Project Engineering Manager , you will be responsible for:

Providing leadership on assigned projects to ensure financial and contractual execution through established company proceduresDelivering professional, high quality results to customers (Internal and external)Supporting project proposal development including scope definition, configuration, implementation, tracking and control of projectsEstimate budgets and track costs of projects, and is accountable for meeting project budget targetsLeading engineering plan creation with engineering discipline managers and gain formal acceptanceCoordinating multiple projects simultaneouslyLeading multi-disciplinary project team including coaching and technical direction to meet project deliverablesWorking closely with other disciplines including Sourcing (including Suppliers) & ManufacturingProviding regular updates to project stakeholdersActing as a change agent in the business with energy, passion & enthusiasm to support business activities and alignment of processes to GE Oil & GasTaking responsibility for the development, implementation and continuous improvement of process effectiveness and efficiency within the team

To be successful in this role you will:

Have Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering or Science based discipline or equivalent knowledge and experienceHave proven (5) years experience in project engineering management or project leadership positionBe able to interface effectively at all levels of the organization and customersBe practical knowledge of NPI and project requisition processesDemonstrate excellent organisational skills and the ability to drive projects to completionHave experience delivering projects on both small and large scalesHave Excellent report writing & presentation skillsBe fluent English Speaker
