The Broadcast Manager plays a key role in ensuring detailed on-air operations across all network programming each day. In this dynamic position, you’ll lead day-of-air coordination within Air Control, guiding real-time decisions and troubleshooting to maintain broadcast continuity! As the primary point of contact, you’ll collaborate with the Media Distribution Center, Transmission, and Satellite Management Center, providing clear direction in response to any changes or interruptions in scheduled programming - keeping our content flowing smoothly for audiences everywhere!
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a network broadcast operation’s Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays Availability for a variety of shifts, including: Day: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Evening: 4:00 PM –12:00 AM, Overnight: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM Proven expertise in network broadcast origination, signal routing, and live coordination during high-pressure events including breaking news, sports overruns, and major live broadcasts.

Hiring Salary Range: $90,000.00 - 116,000.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
