What this program is about: 

Professional Development program for recent graduates. Duration: 2 years.  Full time position.  The candidate will join our Digital & IT Global Hub in Madrid.  Rotations in different departments such as Business Technology (Marketing and Sales,) Corp Sustainability Digitalization, Enterprise Platforms, AI Strategy and Innovation service. Mentor support and ongoing training.  Access to JTI Internal Vacancies.  Location: Madrid  Start date: June 2025  Number of vacancies: 2 

  

What will you do – Responsibilities:  

 

Since this is a rotational program, tasks and knowledge areas will be varied. Graduates provide support in different Digital & IT departments: Business Technology (Marketing and Sales,) Corp Sustainability Digitalization, Enterprise Platforms, AI Strategy and Innovation service.

 

Who are we looking for - Requirements:  

 

Recent graduate or finishing university studies.  Students or graduates from: Industrial engineering, Computer engineering or similar. Skills: proactivity, flexibility, positive attitude towards learning, results-oriented, and good communication.  Geographical mobility.  Language skills: fluent in English (C1)
