What We Offer: Health Benefits 401k Opportunity for advancement What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or GED required At least 1 year of manufacturing experience or equivalent experience with computer skills Brewing and fermentation experience highly preferred Experience with filtration systems (centrifuge, reverse osmosis, etc.) highly preferred Proficient in computer use and software such as MS Office, Teams, and email Must be at least 21 years of age Availability for shift work, including days, evenings, overnight shifts, and up to 12 hours Willingness to work overtime, including weekends and holidays, as needed What You’ll Do as a Brewing Technician: Monitor key blending parameters using in-line equipment to ensure product quality Perform routine quality checks and take corrective actions to maintain standards Follow GMP and quality procedures to ensure product integrity Operate and maintain brewing equipment following standard procedures Perform cleaning-in-place (CIP) to prevent contamination Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance when needed Follow schedules to meet production targets and customer demands Optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth workflow and issue resolution Maintain accurate production records and logs Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations Support audits and inspections to uphold quality and safety standards
