Duties and responsibilities related to the Breakfast Chef ​role

Assist in planning and developing breakfast menus, considering seasonal ingredients, guest preferences, and dietary requirements. Manage inventory for breakfast ingredients, ensuring that supplies are ordered and stocked appropriately for morning service in the hotel. Work efficiently to ensure breakfast items are prepared and served in a timely manner, especially during peak morning hours when hotel guests typically dine. Monitor and control food costs, minimizing waste and ensuring efficient use of ingredients in line with hotel budget guidelines. Assist in training new colleagues on breakfast preparation techniques.

About you

You possess proven experience as a Breakfast Chef in a luxury hotel environment. You will have strong culinary skills, with a deep understanding of breakfast cuisine and various cooking techniques.
