The Arena Group seeks a collaborative and detail-oriented Brand Partnerships & Client Solutions Coordinator. We are looking for someone who is adept at leveraging creativity and data to craft distinctive opportunities that will help both Arena Brands and our advertising partners achieve KPIs through our digital, social, video, email, print and experiential assets. The Arena Group’s expected annualized base salary range for this position is currently $60,000 - $75,000 USD. Actual salaries will vary based on multiple factors including location, education, experience and other factors permitted by law. The listed salary range is but one component of The Arena Group’s total compensation and benefits available to its employees.

What You’ll Do:
Deliver creative cross-platform solutions for our advertising partners across The Arena Group portfolio (TheStreet, Athlon Sports, SURFER, POWDER, Snowboarder, BIKE, Transworld Skate, PARADE, Men’s Journal, etc.)
Develop client-facing materials that showcase unique brand initiatives and multi-platform opportunities across The Arena Group portfolio
Collaborate with Editorial, Account Management, and other internal teams to develop custom opportunities for RFP proposals and proactive meeting materials.
Build audience insights using available research tools
Work with Account Management to build client media plans to accompany proposal concepts
Collaborate with Project Management, Editorial, Account Management and Ad Operations to ensure seamless implementation of sold programs
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
2+ years of marketing expertise including digital and social marketing (required)
Creative, outside-the-box thinker and execututor
Problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
A collaborative attitude and a communicative approach to work
An organized and detail-oriented approach to projects – you must be and willing/able to work on several projects at the same time while meeting required deadlines
Strong computer skills – we use Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Familiarity with syndicated and custom research including ComScore, Google Analytics, and MRI/Simmons
