Join Team Amex and let's lead the way together. **Brand Marketing Coordinator** The American Express Brand Team is responsible for building a great connection with existing customers and prospects by connecting to the hearts and minds of Australians. The Local Brand Team works closely to champion, protect and support the American Express Brand in ANZ in close collaboration with our Global Brand Marketing Team. Our remit works across Consumer, Business & Merchant objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic & passionate entry level Brand marketer to join the American Express Brand & Member Experiences Team. Reporting into the Assistant Brand Manager, the successful candidate will support Brand initiatives across Australia and New Zealand. We are looking for a keen and driven Marketing Coordinator who understands the importance of Brand in driving business outcomes and is looking to build their foundational marketing knowledge. The Brand Marketing Coordinator will be part of a high-performing team and responsible for executing and reviewing multi-channel marketing activity across the Business. The team’s core measures of success are driving Brand Consideration uplift and growing acquisition demand for future Card Members. The ideal candidate for this role will need robust stakeholder management skills, strong attention to detail and a creative thinker who is calm under pressure and has a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude to join our small but mighty team. The successful candidate will play a key role Enterprise Brand activities including: **Campaign Execution & Brand Strategy** + Support the development and execution of multi-channel brand initiatives, with a focus on upper-funnel awareness and content channels. + Oversee full-funnel campaigns (Social, Digital, OOH, Audio, Print, Content) to enhance brand and member experience. + Deploy test-and-learn strategies to optimize campaign performance and effectiveness. + Maintain the Enterprise Go-to-Market Calendar, documenting all ATL and BTL activities across key business units to ensure maximum impact. **Brand Guardianship & Content Excellence** + Ensure brand integrity across all internal and external touchpoints, upholding high standards in business communications. + Lead the Brand Review process for enterprise-wide assets via internal platforms. + Act as the internal brand representative, addressing brand-related inquiries from internal teams and agency partners. + Assist in managing the internal content approval process, supporting all lines of business to drive best-practice communications and creative excellence. **Agency & Partner Management** + Oversee day-to-day agency operations, including WIPs, project plans, and budgets. + Provide constructive creative feedback to agencies, ensuring brand consistency and strategic alignment. + Foster direct relationships with media partners to unlock additional value. **Process Optimisation & Innovation** + Continuously refine internal workflows to adapt to evolving business needs and improve operational efficiency. + Introduce innovative approaches to enhance branding processes and campaign execution. **Candidate Skills & Experience:** + Experience in marketing and campaign management preferred + Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously adhering to timelines, competing priorities, a self-motivator who takes initiative when faced with a challenge + Customer focused with the ability to build effective internal partnerships + Agency management experience highly regarded + Strong stakeholder management skills including working with compliance and legal teams, peers, senior management and central stakeholders + Build relationships across internal teams but also foster positive and productive relationship with agencies and ensure deliverables are being met + Budget management experience and excel + Ability to optimise internal process as business needs evolve and bring innovative thinking to existing process + Strong attention to detail – ability to think through and understand marketing campaign constructs and customer journeys to ensure flawless execution; ensure all content is ‘on brand’ and passes our high brand standards **Qualifications** We back our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that support their holistic well-being.
