Job Purpose At GSK, we unite science, technology, and talent to get ahead of disease together. We are looking for a dynamic Brand Manager to join our Vaccines team and bring a wealth of expertise on all aspects of the marketing mix and performance optimization across owned and third-party channels. In this role you will be accountable for implementing the marketing strategy within our Shingles team and will work closely with the Senior Brand Manager on contributing to the strategy and with the broader commercial team. This is an important role within GSK’s critical department, working specifically on the largest vaccine within the UK Commercial company where there are significant performance ambitions requiring us to be accountable for impact, ambitious for patients and always do the right thing. Key Responsibilities: This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following: Customize, localize and personalize relevant global brand content in an effective and efficient way, to maximize customer engagement. You are also responsible for the creation of local relevant materials. Build strong and collaborative relationships with key partners in the cross-functional team across medical, insights, sales on the development, delivery and approval of consumer facing marketing campaign materials and patient support materials Collaborate extensively with external creative and media agencies from concept to delivery in an agile manner. Lead on the development of a variety of consumer and patient facing materials with agility and extensive project management to fit consumer facing marketing strategy across the omnichannel journey determining which content is most relevant for each touchpoint. Be the ‘voice’ of the public and patient by using consumer insights from consumer landscape trends, market research, and media brand lift studies to optimise marketing content with a test and learn approach and continuously identify opportunities to improve consumer engagement Actively contributes to the marketing brand planning process Ownership of materials and processes for GSK to thrive in a competitive marketplace using ambitious KPIs to track performance over time and be accountable for impact. Basic Qualifications & Skills: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Marketing experience with demonstrated project management skills and Veeva Promomats experience. Highly consumer and patient focused. Experience working in a highly regulated environment on compliance and good understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations (ABPI Code of Practice). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable in a fast-paced and agile environment. Experience in contributing to and delivering a campaign strategy for a brand. Preferred Requirements: Please note the following skills are not necessary, just preferred, if you do not have them, please still apply: Strong commercial and business acumen. Works creative and independently being comfortable with problem solving and has the passion and energy to drive what is needed Driven by optimisation of goal metrics over a period of time (results orientated) with analytical ability to use data to inform decisions. Vaccines knowledge and experience preferable.
