JOB SUMMARY
_Responsible for the topline and profitability for the assigned brand in the Abbott portfolio & Conceptualization and Formulation of marketing strategies and associated communication development for the brand_
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
+ _Building strong marketing programs to drive engagement with the target audience - consumers / HCPs. Tracking and measuring the impact of the Marketing Programs._
+ _Driving market shaping initiatives by focusing on execution of HCP (healthcare professional) education and promotion plans_
+ _Managing the medical creative agencies so as to develop brand communication. While also focusing on A&P spends and related provisions._
+ _Support and drive sales – work in close partnership with sales/ trade team to ensure marketing programs are driven consistently and in a high quality manner._
+ _Liaise with Market Research agencies to gather insights from consumers so as to evolve relevant brand communication strategy_
+ _Follow due diligence in documentation and ensuring OEC SOPs are followed._

+ _Proven track record for designing, implementing and tracking impact of creative marketing programs for HCP engagement_
+ _Experience in sales function in Pharma/ Healthcare will be an added advantage_
+ _Should be excellent in interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills_
