YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Define for the Cough and Cold category, Tabcin strategy and plans related to price, distribution, communication, promotion, POP & Trade support and NPDs oriented to accomplish brand and corporate objectives and long-term financial plans.Responsible of brand sales target, SOM, distribution, RSP, EBIT as well as competitive activities, to measure objectives' accomplishment and action plans to close gaps, according to annual strategy and plans. P&I Management through an efficient investment in alignment with key areas like to optimize overall brand performance, while anticipating risks to brand performance and ensuring that contingency plans are developed to manage through them. Manages and lead multiple external partners and consultants (e.g clients, sales force, pharmacy clerks, research agencies, etc.) among all region to produce consumer communication strategies and executions in line with the brand strategy. Manages and leads multiple cross functional teams, including Regulatory, Commercial Trade, PS, SC, etc. to execute brand initiatives and implement plans, assuring the brand strategy is communicated, understood and implemented by all cross-functional groups.Evaluate consumer trends, needs, usage behavior, etc., to innovate with new products and establish communication strategies that will fulfil consumer expectations in the present and future.
WHO YOU ARE
Position is available for all North Latam region.Licentiate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International business or related careers (Mandatory).At least 4 years of experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods and over-counter products (Mandatory).Advanced English proficiency (Mandatory).Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and contribute.Excellent interpersonal relations.Proactive and dynamic.Team winner attitude.Strong results delivery orientation.Willingness and availability to travel Core competencies; customer focus and drives results.Manages complexity.Leader competencies: business insight, strategic mindset and cultivates innovation.
