This Opportunity
We're seeking a talented and motivated Brand Manager B2C to join our Marketing team in the PPG AC EMEA Benelux region. This role offers an exciting chance to lead our brand strategy and drive innovation in the Dutch and Belgium retail markets.
How you will make an impact:
Develop and implement strategic, tactical, and operational brand plans for the Dutch and Belgium retail markets.
Lead the development of new/existing products, promotions, and services to achieve business and marketing objectives.
Collaborate with EMEA brand & strategy, sales, channel/shopper marketing, and supply chain functions.
Manage media plans and local brand activation campaigns with media agencies.
Drive growth and manage the brand budget, market performance, and external relations with agencies.
What You'll Bring:
Degree in Marketing or Business Economics.
Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leading consumer brands marketing position.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results on time and within budget.
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken along with the ability to influence key stakeholders through compelling, data led business cases
Native Dutch speaking and Business fluency in English
