Main goal of this role is supporting Chocolate Marketing Team in administrative tasks mainly focused on budget and expenses management. As a Brand Manager Assistant you will collaborate with brand teams, finance team, media team and external agencies, to drive our growth and deliver business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

Administrative support with budget and expenses managementCreating Purchase Orders in the systemCooperation with the finance support, agenciesOrdering products samplesCreating analyzes and monthly monitoring of marketing budgetCooperation withHelping with develop integrated marketing communications and 360 degree campaigns

Requirements:

Analytical skills and a creative mindset—a balance of commercial and strategic acumenFirst experience in marketing area preferably in the FMCG sectorVery good communication skillsAbility to work under the time pressureVery good Polish and English language – both written & spoken
