As the Archive Brand Manager, you will oversee the execution of impactful campaigns while driving the business’s key performance indicators and objectives. Your role will be pivotal in crafting a strong brand narrative that resonates with local sneaker and streetwear communities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute brand strategies that position Archive as a leading voice in the premium sneaker and streetwear space. Oversee the rollout of marketing campaigns across multiple touchpoints, including digital platforms, social media, in-store activations, and events. Lead cultural and creative brand activations, collaborating with artists, musicians, and influencers to enhance Archive’s relevance in the art and streetwear scene. Drive business KPIs and objectives, ensuring campaigns deliver on both brand-building and commercial goals. Manage partnerships with premium sneaker brands and streetwear labels to create collaborative, culture-driven initiatives. Work closely with the marketing, merchandising, and creative teams to ensure brand alignment and consistent storytelling. Develop and maintain strong relationships with sneaker and streetwear communities, as well as creative influencers, artists, and culture leaders. Monitor and analyse market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform brand strategies and decisions. Ensure Archive’s presence at cultural events that align with the brand’s identity and objectives.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or similar in Marketing, Brand Management, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in a Brand Management or Marketing role, preferably within the fashion, sneaker, or streetwear industries. Proven experience in developing and executing successful brand campaigns and cultural activations. A deep understanding of the premium sneaker market, streetwear culture, and the art and creative industries. Strong business acumen with the ability to drive KPIs and commercial success. Experience working with premium and heritage sneaker brands is a plus.Skills
