Position Overview:
Apple Roofing is seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager to oversee and drive the company's marketing tactics and strategy. This individual will play a pivotal role in setting and upholding brand standards, defining the company’s strategic direction, and ensuring cohesive messaging across all platforms. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both B2B and B2C marketing and a strong understanding of outsourcing graphic design and social media management.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Strategic Leadership:
+ Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Apple Roofing’s purpose and business goals.
+ Set the overall strategy for the company’s brand presence in both B2B and B2C markets.
+ Brand Management:
+ Establish, maintain, and enforce brand standards to ensure consistency across all communication channels.
+ Monitor brand perception and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
+ Marketing Oversight:
+ Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event marketing, to effectively target key audiences.
+ Collaborate with leadership to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure campaign success.
+ Team and Vendor Management:
+ Identify and manage third-party agencies for graphic design, social media, and other marketing initiatives.
+ Provide clear direction and feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables that align with brand standards.
+ Market Insights:
+ Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy and identify opportunities for growth.
+ Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep Apple Roofing ahead of the competition.
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ Proven experience in brand management and marketing strategy, with a focus on both B2B and B2C audiences.
+ Strong understanding of outsourcing and managing graphic design and social media.
+ Exceptional communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
+ Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
+ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
