As a Brand Manager, you will help us lead PPG Master’s Mark brand and raise it is awareness within targeted audience. You will work across all levels and departments of our organization to find what makes us unique and communicate it to the China market. As Brand manager you will also support business strategy of the AC China PPG business. You will reporting to Marketing director with location in Shanghai area, Songjiang factory with possibility towards remote working days according to company policy.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver competitive Brand awareness and NPSlaunch of strategic brand projects related to company’s long-term strategyAnalyze brand positioning and consumer insights within paint marketMonitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activitiesMeasure and report performance of all marketing activities, assess ROI and KPIsAlign the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics to support business strategyMonitor product distribution and consumer feedback, lead novelties launches with portfolio teamDigital and influencer marketingCommercial operations from marketing perspective

Qualifications

More than 5 years of marketing management experienceDegree in marketing or a related fieldFluent in English and can be used as a working languageProven working experience as Brand Manager, Marketing manager of consumer productsExperience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaignsUp-to-date with latest digital trends and marketing best practices
