P&G is a global leader with iconic brands trusted by families around the world. We are seeking an exceptional, talented, and influential Graphic Designer to join our teams in the Mumbai office. In this role, you will be responsible to design the entire packaging architecture for our Laundry portfolio.
Your team
This role reports to the Senior Brand Expression Manager. Working with the design team in P&G, you will be part of a winning team that is both business leaders and design experts in leading projects across the region and globe.

Responsibilities of the role
As a Designer, you will:
+ Envision and Inspire: Create holistic, multi-sensory brand experiences with innovative solutions for packaging and point-of-sale materials (POSM).
+ Drive Design Development: Take ownership of design projects and ensure successful integration into business and brand strategies, operating models, and company culture.
+ Collaborate Effectively: Work with external suppliers and agencies to translate design intent into exceptional market executions.
+ Partner Across Functions: Collaborate with Brand and multi-functional teams to manage end-to-end creative processes, from ideation to execution.
+ Engage Globally: Work closely with global design organizations and leadership to align on brand vision and strategy.
Job Qualifications
Role Requirements
+ Educational Background: BA/BS/BFA in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
+ Experience: 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in Design, Brand Identity, and Packaging. FMCG experience is preferred.
+ Design Mastery: Proven hands-on design skills demonstrated through executed work, exceptional presentation abilities, and creative problem-solving.
+ Technical Skills: Proficiency in the latest design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and MS Office Suite.
+ Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing design experience (strategy and execution) across diverse categories, evaluated on creativity, storytelling, problem-solving, and technical expertise.
+ AI Enthusiasm: Passionate about exploring Generative AI platforms for design innovation.
+ Packaging Passion: Genuine interest in packaging design and staying updated on design trends.
+ Emerging Leadership: Entry-level design leadership skills, with experience in driving design vision alongside commercial and technical partners, as well as confidence in presenting to senior management.
+ Collaboration Skills: Extraordinary teamwork and collaboration abilities, especially with multi-functional partners and external design agencies. Experience navigating geographical and organizational boundaries is a plus.
+ Business Impact: An ambitious spirit focused on finding design opportunities that drive business success.
+ Project Management: Ability to manage complexities and balance multiple initiatives simultaneously.
+ Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
