Brand Coordinator: Financial Services (VAS)

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the conceptualizing and creation, execution and tracking of multiple digital marketing campaigns for the digital products.
Assist with campaign analysis and analytic model performance and interpretation
Assist with data analysis including customer demographics and segmentation to optimize marketing strategies.
Assist with conceptualising, strategizing and management of revenue-generating -media portfolio, which may include management of budgets, including P&L reporting.
Monitoring sales and delivery on set out targets across multiple sales channels.
Reporting on product performance and sales delivery
Assist with the communication and marketing material both internally (i.e. head office) and externally (e.g. agency or freelance designers)
Monitoring of digital content products and assist with product improvements.
Assist with research on possible new content categories.
Assist with events, focus groups, ad hoc brand activations, prizes, incentive drives and competitions where required.
Quality check and ensure that all product documents and information adhere to legislation.
Processing of purchase orders and invoices.
Compiling presentations in PowerPoint and reports in Excel.
Assisting with cross-platform Digital Marketing opportunities.
Management of competitions, audits, and the database for products.
Ensuring a high level of customer service and customer queries are dealt with timeously.
General office administration.
Qualifications and Experience: Business or marketing related qualification degree/diploma Minimum 2 years digital marketing and digital campaigns management 2 years’ experience in a marketing administrative or coordinator role Experience in managing and coordinating multiple campaigns Strong understanding of all social media platforms and strategies Interest in SEO, e-commerce and digital platforms
Skills: Excellent organisational and coordinating skills High analytical and numerical ability High attention to detail High energy and enthusiasm levels Ability to work under pressure in a deadline driven environment Ability to compile and present detailed information Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to work independently as well as in a team Computer literacy in Word, Excel and PowerPoint (Intermediate to Advanced)
