**BRAND STRATEGY**
+ Responsible for driving the integrated marketing and communication strategy for PLT, TT, CST and 2W
+ Brand brief, market situation, buyer persona, brand awareness (Continental, General Tire and Euzkadi)
+ In charge to develop of specific communication actions accordingly for each sales channels. Development of all communication materials that will support product sales towards the B2B/B2C
+ Develop, approval management and presentation of the marketing plan (TT, PLT) to Managing Director, commercial team and agencies. In addition to presentation to the BA
+ Campaigns strategy, execution and follow up with specific agencies according to Brand Strategy. (Creative, PR, Digital)
+ Communication Budget Management (PLT, TT, CST and 2W) / Monthly tracking and follow up
+ CST strategy, budget and implementation follow up
+ 2W strategy, budget and implementation follow up
+ TPF (Tire Purchase Funnel) analysis and communication to marketing and commercial team
+ Product launching. 360 strategy communication-campaign-event for the B2B/B2C/media (develop, organizing and executing through agency)
**MEDIA PLAN PLT, 2W, TT, CST BRANDING**
+ Definition of core message and target audience per division aligned with comercial strategy and purchase funnel strategy
+ Media plan per national campaign: objective, strategy and mix
+ Ensure that the campaign, mechanics and participating distributors are communicated on website, Contishop and that editable materials are available in contilink
+ Production: Video, audio or product shooting execution (supplier management)
+ Presentation and communication documents for sales team according to each channel/division
+ Development, implementation and monitoring of communication by division
+ KPIs definition and tracking of every media plan developed
+ Americas TT digital project, content needs, communication strategy develop and synergies
+ Post buy report and analysis. KPIs management, Dashboard follow up
**DIGITAL & SOCIAL MEDIA**
+ Develop and leading implementation and monitoring of Brand strategy for each digital & social network
+ Creating a content marketing strategy to engage with customers building brand awareness
+ Digital training and support to the B2B strategy. Taylor made strategy for top clients
+ Website content (translation and update) and SEO/SEM strategy
+ New website project. Responsible for content in this market. Reports to Global.
+ KPI definition: follow up and monitoring for Agencies administration
+ Digital & SOCIAL MEDIA Americas support and follow up meeting. Americas meeting report on results, demographics, best practices, trends and next steps in SM
+ Support: ecommerce media strategy; execution and postbuy (analytics, google console)
+ Media outlet. Relationship, service proposal analysis, product exchang
**OTHERS**
+ Responsible to supervise and coordinate all Trade activities to implement marketing strategy
+ Support all process on Sponsorhips (planning, documentation, sell in /sell out activities coordination, event organization, evaluation
+ Develop and implement PR strategy
+ Annual marketing event planning and coordination / process implementation and KPIs follow up
+ National Sell out campaigns evaluation for each channel
+ Marketing programas definition, implementarion and review / KPIs follow up
+ Compliance Controls accomplishement
+ Professional Degree completed.
+ At least 3 Professional Experience in related field.
+ Previous experience in Marketing agencies will be a strong plus. ( PR Brand and communications )
+ Leadership Experience.

+ Marketing Campaigns. ( End to End process )
+ Market Knowledge.
