As a core member of Royal Canin Brand communication team, this role is responsible for leading Brand Campaign & Media, Tiktok platform, Brand Pet fair offline events, Brand Generated Contents and MKT A&CP management.

What will be your key responsibilities?

1. 负责皇家宠物抖音平台策略规划及执行

负责抖音平台内容运营、媒介投放、搜索投放、达人种草、达人直播带货、平台项目战役及平台IP合作；对抖音平台5A，FACT-S，GTATM等模型的优化有深入认知和实战经验；能熟练掌握星图、云图、飞瓜等工具，并基于平台工具洞察及提出改进建议；字节或DP的平台经验/新消费公司经验/抖音实战经验优先；有巨量引擎营销师认证初级以上是加分项

2. 负责皇家宠物品牌整合营销战役及媒体规划

负责品牌年度营销战役日历规划及核心品牌战役创意规划和执行；负责品牌年度媒体营销策略以及核心品牌战役媒体投放落地；负责品牌创意广告公司以及媒介公司的日常管理及KPI监测；可不依靠代理公司独立输出营销策略和战役规划

3. 负责皇家宠物核心项目&内容生产&营销费用预算管理

内容生产能力：可独立输出视频脚本、种草内容抽屉优化及社交发布文案。掌握视频拍摄剪辑、AIGC、图文制作为加分项；费用预算管理：管理品牌整体营销费用，并对营销投入的KPI设计逻辑和费用管理有实操经验；品效合一统筹：对效果侧和销售团队合作有实战经验

4. 负责皇家宠物线下年度核心展会统筹规划&执行

负责品牌年度线下展会的整体规划、搭建及落地执行，以及内部渠道活动协助统筹；具备核心展会线下规划及执行经验为加分项
