Branch Support Manager (BSM) works with branch management to review, document, and assess branch operations and to develop action plans and supervises their implementation. The BSM trains, supervises, and coaches less senior Systems and Branch Support Analysts. **Ideal Candidate will live within 1 hours of a Rain for Rent Branch** Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Includes the following, other duties may be assigned: + Conduct branch visits to review, document, and assess branch systems and operations in order to increase branch operational efficiency. + Develop and implement process improvement plans in branch operational and administrative functions. + Issue written branch visit reports with improvement plan and calendar + Prepare financial and statistical reports for analysis. + Interview and make recommendations for hiring Branch Operations Managers, Branch Administrators, and other administrative personnel. + Investigate and respond to branch inquiries regarding all aspects of branch administration. + Create new policies and procedures for administrative and operational functions as needed. + Provide on-site training at branch locations and periodic corporate meetings. + Develop training materials used in conjunction with branch on-site training and periodic corporate meetings. + Reviews documentation, assessments, and process improvement plans and calendars prepared by branch specialists. + Train and coach personnel. + Ensure Instruction/Policy Manual is updated timely. + Must be able to travel up to 3 weeks each month Outcomes + Accurately document systems and procedures. + Issue accurate and timely assessments and improvement plans and calendars. + Issue accurate and timely branch visit reports. + Follow-up to ensure timely and appropriate implementation of improvement plans and new policies and procedures. + Identify and implement new policies and procedures as appropriate. + Complete periodic staff assessments and reviews as required. + Complete research and special projects as assigned Additional Responsibilities + Promote a safe, accident and environmental incident-free workplace. + Ensure the highest level of honesty, accuracy, and integrity to the functions under his/her supervision + Meet or exceed safety, operational, profit and departmental matrices objectives What we offer: + Comprehensive employee benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and a matching 401(k) plan + Career advancement through company-sponsored training and development + Competitive base salary + Nine paid holidays and a comprehensive paid time off program + Tuition reimbursement benefits + Pet Insurance and so much more Rain for Rent is also proud to support our veterans and has earned the 2025 Military Friendly® Employer (MFE) Gold designation.
