We have an exciting opportunity to join us in supporting one of our valued customers as a Branch Program Administrator (N4Z2) to work out of Arlington, VA.
The Logistics and Installations Integration Division (OPNAV N4Z) was established to exercise centralized supervision and coordination of N4’s strategic planning, capability study analysis and assessments. The candidate will support N4Z’s efforts to convert ideas into outcomes across the logistics domain and to sustain the fight at the operational level of war.
A key goal of N4Z is to convert identified solutions into actionable outcomes for the Joint and Naval forces as a means to ensure persistent logistics in unpredictable operational environments. N4Z2’s key functions are providing analysis to prioritize investments and implementing recommendations.
Essential Duties:
Help Cross Functional Teams (CFTs) aligned to five maritime sustainment “vectors” – Refuel, Rearm, Resupply, Repair and Revive (health service support) – perform this analytical work. Lead internal meetings on behalf of Branch Head and Deputy Branch Head in support of division goals. Maintain and manage tasker responsibilities and deadlines including notifying responsible parties of duties and assignments, ensuring the tasker is completed with the expected level of quality and on time. Process correspondence related to job duties and on behalf of branch leadership. Assist with the proper distribution of unclassified and classified documents. Maintain file and data systems daily. Create and update PowerPoint presentations for weekly team meetings with Division Director. Manage SharePoint content for Branch and administer access. Additional duties as assigned.Required Qualifications:
3-4 years of relevant experience Strong written, verbal communication skills; attention to detail; ability to work independently, and ability to multi-task. Direct client support experience, on-site support a plus. Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint. Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online creating new libraries, lists and pages. Knowledge of using SharePoint Online web parts. Ability to manage SharePoint content, use search, create and manage views. Experience with management of permissions in SharePoint when sharing site, library or a document with users.Preferred Qualifications:
Navy organizational experience. Administrative experience. Experience with ETMS2, DONTRACKER, or comparable tasker management tool. Experience in data analysis, data visualization, and communication.Education/ Certification:
Associates Degree (minimum); Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Experience may be substituted in lieu of education.Required Clearance: Secret
