Branch Manager (Full Time) - Brandon, MB

Purpose:

This position coordinates and directs the activities within the branch to meet or exceed sales and margin targets; effectively manages all branch operating costs; manages employees.

Major Responsibilities:

Aligns branch strategy with LCI Strategic plan, promotes sales growth by directing efforts of sales staff, effective store layout, local marketing efforts.Manages day-to-day operations of the store.Management of the truck fleetSupervises the daily activities of Inside Sales and Warehouse staff.Provides training and development to ensure optimum performance from staff.Manages performance of staff, helps hire new staff.Ensures adequate inventory levels are maintained and monitors purchases to control expenses.Awareness of the annual budget and ensures objectives are attained.Develops sales and operating strategies with a strong commitment to safety and customer service.Ensures safety guidelines are met in all aspects of business in accordance with policy and procedure.
