Minimum requirements:
BSc degree in Anatomy and Physiology  5+ Years Background and experience in management
(Marketing and sales experience) Theatre experience will be an added bonus Leadership and Team Management: Lead, train, and manage the clinical team to ensure excellent patient care. Conduct performance reviews and resolve staff issues to maintain high morale. Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation. Ensure smooth workflow and adherence to set deadlines. Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of care by ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements. Oversee clinical audits and address feedback from surgeons. Collaboration: Facilitate communication between departments to ensure seamless operations. Resolve conflicts effectively to prevent disruptions in patient care. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and oversee accurate clinical documentation. Financial Management: Manage the branch budget and monitor expenses. Drive revenue opportunities and oversee billing efficiency. Health and Safety: Ensure infection control measures and safety standards are followed. Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions. Reporting and Communication: Provide monthly reports to senior management on branch performance. Act as the main point of contact for resolving operational and clinical issues. Strategic Growth: Contribute to strategic planning to expand the branch’s capabilities and service offerings. Stay updated on new technologies and best practices. Crisis Management: Prepare and lead the team through emergencies and adapt to changes effectively.
