Minimum requirements:
A relevant qualification in business management, operations, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a similar industry. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel if required Knowledge of stock management, sales support, and administrative processes. Understand customer service principles and practices. Lead and motivate a team to achieve operational and sales targets. Effectively manage time, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Identify and solve problems promptly and effectively. Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing. Adapt to changing priorities and remain flexible in a dynamic work environment. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Overseeing all branch operations, ensuring efficient day-to-day functioning. Leading, training, and motivating branch employees, including hiring and performance evaluations. Support sales activities by ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction. Oversee stock control processes, including receiving, storing, and dispatching stock accurately. Ensuring customers receive high-quality service and resolving any issues or complaints that may arise Monitor branch performance metrics. Address operational issues, implement solutions, and ensure adherence to company policies. Ensuring the branch follows all relevant regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
