Responsibilities: Assist in executing branch promotions to maximize sales and boost profitability Ensure consistent world-class performance from clerks and customer service, including addressing complaints and maintaining high operating standards Implement and oversee the effective rostering of branch clerks Handle administrative functions, ensuring full compliance with company policies and all relevant legislation Ensure the branch adheres to FICA, KZN Gambling Act, and other legal requirements Oversee HR functions, staff discipline, and cash management procedures Identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring seamless day-to-day branch operations, including managing equipment, connectivity, and branch environment Requirements: Experience: At least 1 year of managing a busy bookmaker’s operation in a managerial role Qualifications: Matric and a relevant tertiary qualification Skills: Strong PC skills (Outlook, MS Word, Excel, Gmail), financial acumen, and excellent problem-solving abilities Leadership: Proven experience in leading and managing a team, with the ability to drive performance and maintain discipline Industry Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of the sports betting and gaming industry Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success in boosting productivity and achieving sales targets Apply: [email protected]
