Minimum requirements:
Matric and/or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field 5 years experience in a management role  Valid drivers license and own transport  Key responsibilities:
Lead and manage the branch, providing strategic direction Apply policies and guidelines  Set business objectives and monitor performance Report on financial results and ensure targets are met Ensure proper structures, resources and systems are in place Ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental regulations Hire, train and motivate staff Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies with the sales team Optimise working capital and cash flow Grow sales through new and existing customers and markets Negotiate with suppliers and meet shareholder profit targets
