Requirements:
Minimum 8 years’ experience in the refrigeration industry preferred. Managerial experience beneficial. Must come from a sales background. Must have a matric. Technical refrigeration product knowledge. Technical industry knowledge (Has existing networks in the industry). Intermediate MS Office. Proficient Excel skills. Proficient Interpersonal skills. Active listening skills. Networking skills. Customer service.

Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to:
Create, improve and implement processes and systems to ensure the branch runs smoothly and efficiently. Analyse product sales performance and resolve issues causing slow moving stock. Recruit, select and on-board employees for the branch. Review and report on the item group sales performance to the General Manager. Call and visit the branch’s customer base (on a regular basis) to receive feedback on the customer service received.
