About you
CARSOME is looking for a qualified Branch Admin Support to join our team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for branch operation team.
Your day-to-day
You Know-how
Preferably Certificate/ Diploma / Degree in any disciplines or SPM/ O-Level with relevant experienceAt least 1-2 years working experience in Administrative roles and added bonus if in the automotive industry.Good connections with financial institutionsPrior experience in administrative or operations support roles is advantageous.Proficiency in Google Workspace and basic computer skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Familiarity with finance processes and documentation preferred.
