TISTA is seeking an enthusiastic BPM Sr - Level (PEGA)  to join our growing team. This person must be resourceful, detail-oriented, and 100% client-focused, with a continuing passion for your profession.

 

As the BPM Sr - Level (PEGA) , you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team of software developers, engineers, and other IT professionals to support, maintain, and enhance the ServiceNow ITSM application in support of the NIH mission. You will join a highly collaborative team focused on delivering high value to its customers. You will work in close cooperation with other developers, engineers, managers and product owners on project teams, as well as work independently on smaller efforts with limited direct supervision.

Responsibilities Serve as a senior member of the BPA development team to guide the client through the evaluation of PEGA modules and their relevance and suitability for the organizationServe as a senior member of the BPA development team to assess the client’s organization and delivery environment and recommend optimal PEGA-based solutions tailored to the clientAct as a technical leader on the BPA development team in execution of iterative releases of PEGA-based applications driven by the programInfluence and advise at all levels of the organization to help implementing recommended changesWork with strategic partners and stakeholders to implement cultural changes needed for successful transition and implementationPerform analysis, design and change management, as needed by individual projectsDrive business-need assessments and PEGA solution implementations tailored to fit organizational needsPrepare and deliver progress metrics to internal and client teams using effective communication techniquesAbility to think creatively and strategically with a focus on achieving outcomesExceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate, partner, and collaborateExcellent writing skills and ability to produce polished documentationDedication to achieving outstanding customer resultsA team-oriented drive and a demonstrated ability to lead by example and mentor at a technical levelPolished professional with experience in a customer–facing role, including comprehending business needs, and solving complex problemsFlexibility to work with teams, individuals and executives and willingness to help with a wide variety of work products and peopleDrive development of education & outreach materials and other external communications as directed by TISTA leadership.Facilitate meetings and discussion as needed for diverse and senior groups of government stakeholders and multiple contractor subject matter experts Qualifications Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) certification requiredMinimum of 10 years of work experience8-10 years of progressive experience on BPM Methodology (Analysis, Design, Modeling, Executing, Monitoring, Optimization)8-10 years of experience in design and development of enterprise applicationsExperience developing solutions in Java/J2EE or .NET in a Windows-based environmentExperience with PEGA Systems and development of PEGA-based solutions is requiredExperience with PEGA’s AI powered CRM Suite and knowledge of PEGA Robotic Automation, PEGA DevOpsCoordinate with PEGA technical supports for getting “patch” created for known bugs/issuesFamiliarity with PEGA Warranty / Manufacturing FrameworksFamiliarity with Agile software development practicesCertifications with PEGA Systems is desiredDevelop solution/approach presentations for enterprise initiatives, develop prototypes for proof of concepts

Education:

Bachelors of Science in Computer Science or a related field

Clearance:  

The ability to obtain a government moderate background security clearance

Pay Range:

The pay for this position ranges from $85,205 to $110,000.00.The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.TISTA associates are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits plan!
