工作内容及要求:

岗位任务类:

银保团队人员培训、发展及业务督导,提高团队成员业务能力及专业度,做好周会、月会经营;        做好机构内勤日常管理,协助机构银保及合作渠道负责人做好人员辅导,提高敬业度; 配合机构银保及合作渠道负责人及当地银保团队做好当地合作银行的渠道维护,确保各类合作事项顺利进行; 调研当地银保市场情况,配合机构银保及合作渠道负责人做好经营规划; 积极配合机构银保及合作渠道负责人与当地监管部门沟通; 协助合规部做好合规相关工作,配合审计部完成审计工作; 配合总公司各部门完成各类项目及工作。 负责所辖团队成员的日常培训和业务辅导来提升团队整体绩效,达成业务指标; 规划组织所辖团队的销售活动; 在所辖业务区域/渠道建立和维护与银行对应层级人员的良好关系并提供相应培训辅导; 负责市场信息的收集和反馈,并协助银保经理根据市场变化制定相对应的销售策略; 负责所辖团队BSM 保单的品质管理,并协助做好所辖团队BSM 客户服务相关工作; 遵守公司日常管理规定。 及时报告工作过程中所发现的违规事件或潜在风险,并提出纠正或改进建议; 完成上级安排的其他工作任务。

遵守监管机构制定的各项规章制度; 遵守公司制定的各项规章制度,及经公司确认的regional & global 相关规则和制度; 遵守公司或所在部门制定的业务操作流程; 行为操守符合国家法律法规、公司职业操守及道德规范守则和公司合规相关规定; 正直诚信,不向公司提供虚假的财务票据或资料; 敏锐的风险控制和合规意识。

录用条件:

知识/技能/学历

本科及以上学历,金融、保险、经济专业优先; 5年以上保险从业经验或3年以上相关岗位经验; 良好的时间管理能力; 能在压力下工作; 熟练使用Office,精通Excel; 达到公司为此岗设置的工作内容要求以及考核指标; 达到岗位职责描述的要求; 能在多文化环境下热情并有活力地投入工作,例如银行和保险公司; 具备一定业务敏锐性和市场洞察力。
