Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Bottle Line Operator to join their team. As a Bottle Line Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the bottling operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Bottle Line Operator
**Location:** Jacksonville, FL
**Pay Range:** $20 per hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Operate various production machinery including depalletizing, filling, rinsing, capping, labeling, and case packing.
+ Detect malfunctions of bottling line machines/equipment and troubleshoot problems in a timely manner.
+ Inspect product and packaging materials throughout various stages for quality assurance.
+ Perform changeovers and autonomous maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
+ Actively participate in safety initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
**What's Needed?**
+ High School diploma or equivalent.
+ Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
+ Strong mathematical, reading, and comprehension skills.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and lift up to 50lbs.
+ Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
